The Activity Tracker dashboard showing screen time, keystroke and click counts, a focus score, and a focus flow chart across the past twelve hours.

Activity Tracker

Find out where your day went, without telling anyone.

A Windows desktop tracker. It watches which window has focus, counts keystrokes and clicks, and works out when you were actually in deep work. Everything it measures stays on your machine. It never records content, only that something happened.

Time trackers want your data on their server before they'll tell you how you spent your day. I wanted the answer without the trade.

What's in it

  • Foreground window monitoring in real time
  • Deep work session detection and a focus score
  • A 52 week focus calendar, achievements and distraction limits
  • Power draw estimates from measured activity
  • Fully local. It logs that you typed, never what
