These terms cover the purchase of a license for the “GHL Workflow Backup & Audit” Chrome extension. Please read them before buying.

What you're buying

A one-time license key for one person, valid on up to 5 devices or browser profiles you personally use. There is no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel.

A license is not per-company. If two people need the extension, that's two licenses. Reply to your purchase email and we'll sort out additional keys.

You activate the extension with the email address your key was sent to, plus the key itself. The licence is tied to that address, not to the card you paid with. If you lose access to that mailbox, reply to your purchase email and we'll move the licence for you.

Without a license, the extension is free to use for a limited trial: 5 single-workflow exports, 1 bulk export and 5 single-workflow imports. Bulk restore, rebuilding a whole sub-account from a folder of backups, is a licensed feature and is not part of the free trial. Once the trial is used up, a license is required to keep using the extension.

The trial counters are kept in your browser's local extension storage, so they reset if you reinstall the extension or use a different browser profile.

Price and payment

The price is $19.99 USD, once, or ₹1699, once if you pay from India. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Checkout is handled by a third-party payment processor; we never receive or store your card details. Indian customers can pay by UPI, netbanking or card; elsewhere, by card.

Delivery

Your license key is generated automatically once payment succeeds and is tied to the email address you pay with. Enter it in the extension's Options page and press Activate.

If a key doesn't arrive or doesn't activate, contact us (below). This is usually fixable in minutes.

Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the extension does not work for your GoHighLevel account, or if it doesn't do what this listing said it would.

To request one, email the address below from the address you purchased with, with a short description of the problem. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, for example refund requests made after exporting a large volume of workflows, or repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account.

After a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.

What this software does and doesn't promise

The extension reads workflow data out of GoHighLevel's web application. It is an independent tool: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by GoHighLevel / HighLevel / LeadConnector.

Because it depends on how GoHighLevel's own interface is built, a future change on their side can break capture until we ship an update. We actively maintain the extension and fix such breakages, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility, and this is not by itself grounds for a refund outside the 14-day window.

The exported files are provided as-is. Always verify an export before relying on it as your only backup. The extension flags incomplete captures where it can detect them, but you are responsible for confirming that a backup is complete before you need it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this software is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Acceptable use

One license covers one person on up to 5 devices. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute license keys, whether with colleagues or within the same company.

We count how many installations a key is active on (see the Privacy Policy) and will email you if it looks unusual. Nothing is blocked automatically; a key found in wide circulation may be deactivated after we've contacted you.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase.
